Join Summer for a morning of unwinding and enjoying being out in nature. Through a series of invitations, you will have an opportunity to explore their natural inclination to explore and take time to slow down and relax.

Meet at the parking lot. This is approximately 1.5 walk, but we will at times venture into some dense forest spots in the park. We'll meet at the Garden for some Nature connection invitations and a walk in the Gardens. We'll finish up with a Sharing Circle and a tea ceremony.
