About the Event
This partnership event will include a "Forest Bathing Experience" which includes walking at a slow pace immersion into the human nature connection concluding with a tea ceremony.
Forest Bathing will be offered by AyoLane Halusky of Earth Kinship and Summer Crider of The Giving Cypress.
They will focus on helping you connect with yourself beyond the human world through sensory embodiment and silence. We teach you the skills and benefits of being present, quieting and slowing down your mind and body, discovering alternative ways to communicate and express yourself authentically, and exploring a deeper connection with nature.
These experences are created in enchanted natural areas in Northeast Florida! You'd be able to learn quite a bit about biodiversity, land protection, and stewardship as well as the ecological and native history.
