About the Event
Forest Bathing includes connecting with Nature, feeling the sun rise in the coastal sand hills, upland lakes and scrub forests as well as the pristine oak forest.
Join Summer to be guided  into the "hidden" magical forest at the River to Sea preserve near Marineland. This is an opportunity to slow down and experience the healing that comes with a Forest Bath.Â
We will begin with an introduction to the practice of Forest Bathing, learn how to do "Forest Breathing", and get in touch with your senses. A great opportunity to slowing down, at a turtle pace.
You will be offered a series of guided invitations to assist you in finding your own authentic way of interacting with Nature. We close with a Sharing Circle with locally harvested and brewed tea at a pond.
WHEN: Sunday, October 24th, 2021 from 4:30pm-7:00pm EST.
WHERE: Exact address will be sent after booking, it will be across Marineland, FL.
BRING: Your masks, a yoga mat or comfortable seating pad, and a cup for tea. (We do follow COVID-19 precautions.) Bring headlamps if needed since sun sets at 6:55pm.
We are limited to 6 spots, we value your safety so please come with masks and be ready to connect with the Earth!
Thank you!
