Experience Forest Bathing in beautiful St. Augustine with a certified Deaf Forest Therapy guide, in American Sign Language!

Feeling stressed about the holidays?

Worry not, you'll benefit from this healing technique of "Forest Bathing".

We begin in the morning, with breathing techniques, slow "waking up" our bodies and senses. You will have the opportunity to learn a bit about "Forest Bathing" and what it involves. We will embark on a slow paced and silent Forest walk, with some guided activities to help deepen your connection with Nature and yourself. We will end the session with a tea ceremony, sipping locally harvested tea.

We will meet at the parking lot of the St. Augustine Amphitheater. The group walk starts at 9am. It will end at 11:30am.
