Come, celebrate International Forest Bathing Weekend at beautiful St. Augustine with a certified Forest Therapy guide!

We begin early in the morning, with breathing techniques, slow "waking up" our bodies and senses, and embark on a slow paced Forest walk. You will have the opportunity to learn a bit about "Forest Bathing" and Nature connection.

Alternative meet-up location would be Anastasia State Park, which is less than 5 minute drive.

Be aware that there will be a Saturdays Farmer's Market happening in the same area, starting at 8:30am.

Up to group of 8 people. Even though it takes place outdoors, please bring your masks for activities that may include close interaction (ie. Signing waivers, discussion circle, etc.)
