Experience Forest Bathing in beautiful St. Augustine with a certified Forest Therapy guide, in American Sign Language!

We begin early in the morning, with breathing techniques, slow "waking up" our bodies and senses, and embark on a slow paced Forest walk. You will have the opportunity to learn a bit about "Forest Bathing" and Nature connection.

We will meet at the parking lot of the St. Augustine Amphitheater. The group walk starts at 8am.

Up to group of 6 people. Even though it takes place outdoors, please bring your masks for activities that may include close interaction (ie. Signing waivers, discussion circle, etc.)

Don't know sign language? Not to worry- we are experienced with dealing with non-signers and can accomodate you. This event will be sign language interpreted!
