WHAT TO EXPECT

Here’s what you can expect when experiencing Forest Therapy with me as your guide: First, we will agree on a date and time to meet. We will also determine the size of our group. Perhaps it will be just the two of us, or maybe a small group.

When we meet, we will review some safety information and things in nature to be aware of. Additionally, we will review the timing of our experience, and I will let you know how I will call the group back together when we’re separated.

Once we’ve reviewed these things, we will begin to breathe, to connect with our senses, and time will slow down. At that point, you will begin to connect with Nature through different kinds of invitations. This experience could last anywhere from a hour to 4 or 5 hours, all the way up to a full day, it really depends on your preference.

Next, we will come back together and share about our experiences and it will be up to you what you would like to share. We will then have a tea ceremony where you will have an opportunity to taste Nature’s brew. Once we close, you will be on your way to a new, deeper connection with both Nature and with your own self. So, I hope you will come join me. Let’s explore the wild world outside together and discover all that Nature has to offer!
