1996 THOMAS INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL BUS CONVERSION

Our Story
Everyone experiences something in life that has sometimes has to go to make room for bigger dreams. We are planning to go BIG, to travel outside of Florida and all over the United States and want a smaller and fuel-efficient vehicle.
This 1996 Thomas International 4700 T444E School bus has been professionally converted and is titled as an RV. Sold fully furnished, ready to live in and/or travel.
It is 38 feet long, 8 feet wide. 9.6 feet tall, so that’s approximately 300 square feet living space.
Perfect for solo, couple, and family. It has 50 gal gas tank that will last 300 miles before needing fill up.
Runs and drives great with no issues. I have all the maintenance records as well.
I personally drove it all over Florida for 2 years, ran my Forest & Nature Therapy business in it, (@thegivingcypress) and it runs great! I also ran Airbnb and Hip Camp on it.
It's been a great experience and creative business. I can also share my business documents if you are purchasing this as a business investment.

Videos
I am looking for something smaller to travel in. I have loved living in this bus for 2 years but it’s time to lighten up my load. I did consider keeping it, but figured it would probably be happily lived in by someone who will cherish it as much as I do.
