About the Event
Want to de-stress and recharge for the New Year? Want to learn ways you can stay connected & balanced in your lives? Forest & Nature Therapy helps you do that, and more!
🌲✨
Experience Forest Bathing in with a certified Forest & Nature Therapy guide, in American Sign Language!
Once we all are gathered, we begin with breathing techniques, slow "waking up" our senses and connect with our bodies. You will have the opportunity to learn a bit about "Forest Bathing" and what it involves. We will embark on a slow paced and silent Forest walk, with some guided activities to help deepen your connection with Nature. We will end the walk with a tea ceremony, sipping locally harvested tea by candlelight.
We will meet at the parking lot before the trail, more detailed information as what to bring and prepare for will be sent via email after registering.
FYI- During the week, I’ll be available for one-on-one & couples/partnered sessions at a location agreed upon. To learn more about the different kind of sessions, check out my Bookings page on my website.
