ABOUT OUR PRICING:

At our core, we believe nature's healing embrace should be accessible to everyone, regardless of financial background. That's why we designed this program to be as affordable as possible and offer reduced registration fees if we succeed in securing sponsorships. We offer the option of reduced registration fee because financial challenges might exist for specific individuals which could include but not limited to the following reasons:

  • Significant debt, medical expenses, or living month-to-month;
  • Facing barriers or discrimination in hiring, immigration-related expenses, or caring for dependents;
  • Being an elder, community organizer, returning citizen, or belonging to communities historically marginalized and excluded.

We deeply respect your individual journey and want to be transparent about our pricing.

Part of our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion involves paying our retreat team a reasonable stipend, as many of us are working professionals in the holistic & outdoor-related field who would be giving up income to support this retreat. #SupportDeafEcosystem

REDUCED REGISTRATION FEES:

For those who seek a reduced registration fee, please reach out to our planning team (by email) with your request. We will notify you if we can hold your spot until we determine whether we have sponsorships. We have asked those who are interested in sponsoring us to decide no later than May 15th. We will reach out to you by May 20th to discuss what financial assistance we can offer you. You have the option to go ahead with the registration and make your payment within 3 days. If you decide not to register, your spot will be released to others on the waiting list.

ACCOMMODATIONS / ACCESSIBILITY:

Access needs as well as dietary restrictions will be accommodated to the best of our abilities. Please include this information when you register so that we can plan a program that is inclusive of your needs. Our planning team will contact you to follow up on your requests.
