About the Event
Join Summer for a walk into the woods of Longview Park. This is an opportunity to slow down and experience the healing that comes with a Forest Bath. We will begin with an introduction to the practice of Forest Bathing, getting in touch with your senses. You will be offered a series of guided invitations to assist you in finding your own authentic way of interacting with Nature. We close around sunset with a Sharing Circle with locally harvested and brewed tea.
WHEN: Thursday, November 11th, 2021 from 4:30pm - 6:30pm CST.
WHERE: Location will be sent in email.
BRING: Your masks, a yoga mat or comfortable seating pad, a cup for tea. (We do follow COVID-19 precautions.) Donations will be greatly appreciated, but not required.
